A Sip of Our Story

La Vigneta Winery was a dream that my father, myself and my husband pursued in 2011. My father learned to make wine in Sicily many years before. Over the years he perfected his craft and Bob and I suggested we make it into a family business. Maria was in support, because what else could she do?

With not much hesitation, we took the leap to make wine commercially and started selling at famers' markets which is still an important piece to our business today.

After years of dedication and hard work we have grown to make over 50,000 bottles a year and over 20 varieties.

The winery is now nestled on our 17 acre farm in Sarver, PA. We aim to open a tasting room to the public and to continue to bring wines inspired by our family's Italian heritage to you, right here in Pennsylvania.
